The UNI-ARB Working Group Zero (WG0) is launching the UNI-ARB Grant Program (UAGP) and is now initiating the election process for the available seats in the program.
Following the 2-week self-nomination period, we're excited to move forward to the election period where the Uniswap community can vote for their preferred nominees to fill the 3 available seats in the UAGP.

The following are all the nominees who have expressed interest in being part of the UAGP team:
Marc - @Marc_Blockshard (Blockshard) Experience: Currently member SSV DAO grants committee. Full-time dedication to the crypto industry since 2021 as the CEO and co-founder of Blockshard. Uniswap/Arbitrum Experience: No related professional experience. Long-term Uniswap user and has privately embraced Arbitrum as his preferred Layer 2 solution. Has been an airdrop recipient, most of his private crypto activities occur within the Arbitrum ecosystem.
Nneoma_StableLab - @Nneoma (StableLab) Experience: Currently Governance Analyst at StableLab. Contributed to the management of the ecosystem funnel that onboards and activates projects in the NEAR Protocol ecosystem and channels the most promising projects to NEAR Foundation and Proximity Finance grants and incubators. Participate as a delegate in Lido DAO, SafeDAO, Starknet DAO and Element DAO. Uniswap/Arbitrum Experience: No related professional experience. Is a longtime user of both protocols and has participated in various community forums and events.
King_Steve - @Steve Experience: Currently Ambassador Organizer at Gamyfi. Worked as Performance Marketer at Near Star Guild, sharpeneing his ability to detect irregularities and emphasized the importance of ethical practices. Participated in Near Protocol grant program. Uniswap/Arbitrum Experience: No related professional experience. Has actively participated in the Arbitrum ecosystem, engaging in governance activities and regularly attending governance calls to contribute to its community.
Zeb - @Zeb Experience: Has been a crypto researcher since 2015. Was the kickstarter of the first sub-DAO of Balancer, the Balancer Grants subDAO, worked as grant lead and handled ~30 grantees in 6 months, allocating more than $1,000,000 in BAL. Helped Game7 to set up their $100M Grant program. Uniswap/Arbitrum Experience: Has been called in as an advisor on a Uniswap V2 LP analysis. Was an airdrop recipient in Uniswap and Arbitrum. Did some governance forum activity at the start of Arbitrum Governance (sharing his knowledge on the grant programs).
JoJo - @_ JoJo (JonesDao) Experience: Currently a member of another grant committee on Arbitrum, the Questbook one. Former threat-intel engineer who transitioned to a full-time builder two years ago, currently work since incetpion for JonesDao. Uniswap/Arbitrum Experience: Began his professional involvement with Uniswap a few months ago, currently developing a strategy to algorithmically manage user liquidity in the V3 product. Established strong connections with nearly all protocols on Arbitrum thanks to his engagement with JonesDao.
Shreddy - @Shreddy Experience: Worked at protocols such as Olympus DAO, Spice Finance, & Jones DAO. Has prior experience with Grant programs through Olympus DAO. While working as the marketing lead at Olympus, helped construct two projects: Olympus Incubator & Olympus Grants, whose main objective it was to distribute grants for Olympus ecosystem builders. Uniswap/Arbitrum Experience: No related professional experience in Uniswap. Has experience as a user for swapping through Uniswap over the years. While, for Arbitrum, he built an Arbitrum-native community over the last ~2 years at Jones DAO.
David - @Kouros Experience: Worked as the Grants Committee Lead at Bankless DAO, overseeing the entire grant application process, from reviewing and voting on proposals to facilitating payments and budgeting. Joined Polygon as the Grants Coordinator, running the grants programme within Polygon Village, the support framework for projects building on Polygon, evaluating projects, assigning reviewers, communicating with teams, distributing funds and monitoring progress. Uniswap/Arbitrum Experience: No related professional experience. Has been using Uniswap since falling the crypto rabbit hole; eager to learn more and contribute to their growth and success.
Arseny - @arseneeth (Daoism Systems) Experience: Software engineer, entrepreneur, and investor who has been building in web3 since 2017. Previously, worked on Ocean Protocol and API3 DAO, PrimeDAO, and was a founding member of Curve Labs. Currently, serving as a co-founder and CEO at Daoism Systems, and also a Guardian at Safe DAO. Past experience from the Balancer Grants Program as committee member. Uniswap/Arbitrum Experience: No related professional experience. Has been using Uniswap since its beta release in 2018 and followed the development of Uniswap since then.
Ignacio Rodriguez - @ignacio-rsg (Avantgarde Finance) Experience: Involved in reviewing the grants program for Enzyme for nearly five years, assessing applicants and structuring milestones and compensation, and also for the Avantgarde team. Experience in management and coordination of development teams, operational processes, and governance tasks in DeFi. Uniswap/Arbitrum Experience: Active in Uniswap via gov.avantgardefi.eth., recently attended the first Blessing in NYC which was the first opportunity to learn more about uniswap v4 hooks and what is expected from delegates.
Sov - @Sov (Gitcoin) Experience: Current Partnerships & Program Lead @ Gitcoin, worked for Grant programs such as Aave Grants DAO, Polygon Village Grantee. Creator and Curator of LlamaoGrants, Blockworks Grantfarm, Crypto Grant Wire and Sov’s Compendium. Uniswap/Arbitrum Experience: Has conducted in-depth research on the Uniswap Grants Program and was recognized by Program Lead Ken Ng for the work. Deeply familiar with both of these ecosystems through both research and curation of resources like Sov’s Compendium and Blockworks Grantfarm.
azeem - @azeemk Experience: Worked at Gitcoin starting in the Public Goods Funding workstream. Led Gitcoin grants program and treasury diversification activity. Currently consultant to the United Nation on crypto related matters. Advisor to Foresight Ventures, mentor at the ConsenSys Fellowship, Binance Labs Incubator, Crypto Packaged Goods accelerator, Hypernest accelerator, One Piece Labs accelerator. Uniswap/Arbitrum Experience: No related professional experience with Uniswap. Worked with Disuption Joe on getting a proposal passed for Arbitrum that’s had funding going through Gitcoin Grants Stack.
ilia.eth - @ilia_0x (0xPlasma Labs) Experience: Founder and Builder at 0xPlasma Labs. Developed key protocols interfacing with Uniswap and Arbitrum L2, including the renowned HyperDEX aggregator and Quadrat ALMP. Uniswap/Arbitrum Experience: Spearheaded the deployment of Uniswap v3 to the BNB chain. Secondly, collaborated on a proposal for an ARB distribution and Farming Campaign on Uniswap v3. Currently overseeing the execution of this initiative. In addition, sought opportunities to enhance the Arbitrum ecosystem with a focus on the Uniswap protocol, recently proposing for Arbitrum STIP a $1M farming campaign on the Uniswap protocol explicitly designed for ARB pools.
Honn - @honn24x Experience: Former employee of both the Uniswap Foundation and the Uniswap Grants Program, helped lead different goverance initiatives, while evaluating grant applications. Before that, served as an evaluator on the dYdX’s Grants Committee. Worked as researcher for the Decentralization Research Center (formerly the DAO Research Collective). Uniswap/Arbitrum Experience: Led inaugural Uniswap Delegate Race, restructuring of Uniswap governance process, Grants Announcements, Waves 1-3, Uniswap Optimisim Liquidity Mining Program, Uniswap Optimism Protocol delegation program, Data Analytics for Uniswap. Hosted and organized first IRL delegate event for Uniswap community
Lawrence - @omnianalytics (Omni Analytics Group) Experience: Currently holds the role as a reviewer for Aave Grants DAO. Started doing in 2019 text analysis on Gitcoin grants. Lead his team of data scientists to work on projects for Aave, Gitcoin, Ethereum Foundation, and Uniswap. Uniswap/Arbitrum Experience: Long time $ARB airdrop hodler and participant in thecDAO sense-making activities during #GovMonth. On the Uniswap side of things, is former grant recipient, analytics bounty winner, snapshot voter, liquidity provider, and long time $UNI airdrop hodler.
Srijith Padmesh - @Srijith (Questbook) Experience: Currently core team member at Questbook and Grant Manager for Arbitrum grants program. Worked as a product manager at Layer-E. Uniswap/Arbitrum Experience: No related professional experience for Uniswap. Involved as the grant manager for the Arbitrum Questbook grants program.
