Overview
The UNI-ARB Working Group Zero (WG0) is launching the UNI-ARB Protocol Delegate Program (UADP) and is now initiating the election process for the available seat in the program.
Following the 2-week self-nomination period, we're excited to move forward to the election period where the Uniswap community can vote for their preferred nominees to fill the 1 available seat in the UADP.

Voting Details
- Maximum Selection: Voters can select 1 nominee.
- Elections are conducted by approval voting: Approval voting allows you to select all the nominees you support for the role of Committee Member.
- Seat Allocation: The nominee with the highest vote will qualify to join the UADP team.
- Miminum threshold: The vote will be considered valid if a minimum of 10m delegated UNI is reached, per the community governance process.
Nominees
The following are all the nominees who have expressed interest in being part of the UADP team:

Abdullah Umar - @Michigan Blockchain Experience: Lead governance at Michigan Blockchain, with experience as a delegate for various protocols, from DEXs and money markets, to L2s and stablecoins. Prior to governance, worked as a product and data analytics consultant for dYdX and ImmutableX, respectively. At the moment, his other commitment includes managing a family and friends blockchain fund called Arana Ventures, focused on small cap assets. Uniswap Experience: Active voter and participant in forum discussions across a breadth of topics. Review drafts of proposals prior to their release on forums. Provide guidance to teams on how to attain votes and structure proposals to best address the Uniswap DAO’s needs. Proposals authored: Deploy v3 on Avalanche, Deploy v3 on Moonbeam, Deploy v3 on Base, Deploy v3 on Filecoin VM. Arbitrum Experience: Involved in voting on various topics since the Arbitrum DAO’s inception. Discussion contributions made to incentive and grant programs like the recent Questbook, Plurality Labs, and domain allocator proposals—as well as other crucial security & constitution-based proposals. He's part of Arbitrum’s Phase I ambassador 2 program.

jengajojo - @Jengajojo Experience: Established and lead the Governance Department at BanklessDAO as well as establishing the Recognized Delegates program and running it at 1inchDAO. Is an active delegate in Gitcoin, VitaDAO, AAVE, Optimism, SAFE. Several years of experience with project management and analytics before crypto. Founded and steering a multi-lingual community incubator to bridge the gap between diverse global cultures and crypto, where has spun out two independent communitites in Mexico and Brasil. Uniswap/Arbitrum Experience: Has been active paritcipant in the Arbitrum DAO since inception.

Final Notes for Voters
- Ensure to review the respective UADP proposal and process before voting.
- Winning candidate from this poll must undergo KYC in order to officially join the UADP team.
