POL Liquidity Strategy | HDX

The HDX chain is now live! We want to begin governance with our first vote to feel out how the community prefers our POL to be concentrated. This will be relating to the general long term strategy used for how the 10M POL gets added to the Uni V3 pool by the multi-sig account

Will offer 2 options to use as strategy for the 10M custodied. The following are examples using the first liquidity add as a reference (Our first liquidity deployment has already been added at high concentration)

High Concentration 10% (10M) gets deployed at 0.02 - 0.11 would be a high concentration (10% over a ~5X move)

Low Concentration 10% (10M HDX) at $0.02-0.20 would be low (10% over ~10X move)

As price rises the multiplier would decrease gradually for both options

Some pros of implementing high concentration, is less slippage and more fees will be paid to our treasury. Once the price moves up there would also be more ETH liquidity locked in for price support

The pros of low concentration is less sell pressure from a pricing perspective, and less % of liquidity used of the total. The cons are more slippage and less fees paid to the treasury

We want to make sure the strategy can be adjustable as well, so depending on feedback and performance we may run another snapshot voting to confirm in the near future to adjust
